Is Hudson a Broadway Theatre?
Yes, Hudson is Broadway’s oldest and newest theatre. It’s situated in the heart of Times Square.

Is the building ADA accessible?
There is an ADA entrance into the building at the main entrance on 44th street. We have several designated ADA seating locations and ADA restrooms in the Orchestra level of the theatre. Elevator access is available to the Dress Circle level and Ambassador Lounge. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level.

Is Hudson Theatre equipped with Assisted Listening devices?
Yes. The theatre is equipped with an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system for assisted listening. All devices are available at coat check, located in the box office. The device rental is free of charge, in exchange for a photo ID.
How do I buy ADA tickets?
ADA seating may be purchased online or in the box office. For a more personal experience, a Hudson Theatre representative may be contacted at 646-975-4620 and press 3. Upon leaving a voicemail, a representative will directly return the call.
How do I pick up tickets from Will Call?
Will Call tickets are held at our Box Office. Tickets may be picked up during the Box Office’s regular business hours. You may pick up your tickets on the day of the event, or ahead of time if you choose.
Do you offer ticket insurance?
For a worry free ticket purchase, you may opt into the ATG Tickets US Ticket Refund Program to obtain a refund should you be unable to make it to your event for the reasons set out in the Program. For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including fulfilment and administration fees) if you are unable to make it to your event, in accordance with the Ticket Refund Program. Any refund will be managed by Refund Services on behalf of ATG Tickets US. Simply opt in to the ticket refund program during your online ticket purchase. How young does my child have to be to get in for free?
Hudson Theatre requires every individual who enters the theatre to have a purchased ticket. “Lap Seats,” or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not available. Our box office will assist in finding appropriate seating for a child.
Can I check luggage, coats, umbrellas, etc. at the theatre?
Yes, coat check is available in the Box Office lobby. There is a charge of $3 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangements for such items before arriving at the theatre.
Can I bring outside food and/or drink into the theatre?
Outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre. There are two full-service bars located on the Orchestra Level and Dress Circle Level, and guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theatre to their seats.
Are photos and/or videos allowed in the theatre?
The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.
Does the theatre have a Lost & Found?
Yes! Our staff check our facilities nightly for any items that may have been left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please visit Hudson Theatre’s Stage Door at 140 West 45th Street (between Broadway & 6th Avenue) or call 646-975-4620 and press 2. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you. All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days. Hudson Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to reunite all lost items to their proper owner.
